Moot Court is an integral aspect of life of a law student and the lessons learn by participation in Moot Court help the student to stand tall in the real court like scenario when they enter the profession. Moot Court is indispensable part of legal education and the participation in Moot court is a mandatory requirement as mentioned by Bar Council of India (BCI) in regular BA.LLB and LLB Courses. Apex Law College believes in the holistic development of students not only in academic front but also on practical aspects.
Our College has a separate functional Moot Court consisting of students as well as faculty member who act as mentor of the students wherein the minute details of mooting is taught to students. The College is actively engaged in conducting Moot Courts at national and international level.
At our campus, the students right from the inception of their professional journey is made to witness moot court in order to develop their interest and get trained to perform while in real courtroom scenario that is expected to be there few years down the line. Moot Court skills are further enhanced when the students of Apex Law College are associated with practicing advocates and judges during their internship where the students get the firsthand experience of practical knowledge.
