📝 Instructions for Admission

Academic Session: 2025–26

📌 General Guidelines:

  1. Eligibility Criteria

    • B.A. LL.B. (5-Year Course): Candidate must have passed 10+2 (any stream) with a minimum of 45% marks.

    • LL.B. (3-Year Course): Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 45% marks.

  2. How to Apply

    • Visit the college campus or download the admission form from the official website.

    • Fill the form carefully with accurate details.

    • Submit the form along with the required documents and admission fee and other formalities to the college office before the last date.

  3. Documents Required (Self-attested copies)

    • 10th and 12th Marksheet (for B.A. LL.B.)

    • Graduation Marksheet (for LL.B.)

    • Transfer Certificate (TC)

    • Migration Certificate

    • Caste Certificate (if claiming reservation)

    • Aadhar Card

    • Recent Passport Size Photographs (1 copies)

  4. Admission Process

    • Admissions will be granted on a first-come-first-serve basis, subject to seat availability and verification of eligibility.

    • Final admission is subject to approval by the affiliating university and Bar Council of India norms.

  5. Important Dates

    • Admission Starts: As notified by University

    • Last Date to Apply: [As notified by University or “Till Seats Last”]

    • Classes will commence as per university academic calendar.

  6. Fee Payment

    • Fee must be paid at the time of admission via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

    • Fee once paid is non-refundable.

  1. Admission Rights Reserved

    • Apex Law College, Makrana reserves the sole right to admit or reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.

    • Admission is subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria, availability of seats, and verification of original documents.

  2. Provisional Admission Clause

    • All admissions are granted on a provisional basis subject to approval by Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur and compliance with Bar Council of India norms.

  3. False Information

    • If any information provided in the application form is found to be false, forged, or misleading, the college reserves the right to cancel the admission at any stage and may initiate legal action if required.

  4. Submission of Documents

    • Admission will be confirmed only after the submission of all mandatory original documents and required certificates within the prescribed deadline.

    • Failure to submit required documents will lead to cancellation of the provisional seat allotment.

  5. Quota & Reservation

    • Reservation of seats is provided as per Government of Rajasthan and Bar Council of India regulations.

    • Applicants must submit valid and updated caste/category certificates to avail benefits.

  6. Legal Jurisdiction

    • In the event of any dispute arising out of the admission process, the legal jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in the courts of Makrana, District Nagaur (Rajasthan).

  7. Right to Modify Policies

    • The college reserves the right to amend or modify the admission policies, procedures, and eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice, subject to updated university or regulatory guidelines.
