  • Fee must be paid annually at the beginning of each academic session.

  • Fee once paid is non-refundable.

  • University examination and enrollment fees are subject to change as per university guidelines.

⚖️ Legal Disclaimer & Notes Regarding Fee Payment

  1. Fee Structure Subject to Change

    • The fee structure mentioned above is subject to revision as per the directions of the Bar Council of India, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, and the Government of Rajasthan.

    • Any such revision shall be binding on all enrolled and prospective students.

  2. Non-Refundable Clause

    • All fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  3. University Dues & Examination Fees

    • University enrollment and examination fees are collected by the college on behalf of the affiliating university and are subject to change as per university circulars.

  4. Late Fee Policy

    • Late payment of annual fees beyond the due date may attract a late fine or penalty as decided by the college management.

    • Repeated default in fee payment may lead to suspension from classes, withholding of hall tickets, or cancellation of admission.

  5. Legal Jurisdiction

    • In case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts located in Makrana.

  6. Right to Admission and Continuation

    • The college reserves the right to grant or cancel admission if the candidate is found ineligible at any stage, even after provisional admission.

    • Misconduct, academic indiscipline, or non-payment of fees may lead to expulsion as per institutional rules.

  7. Receipt and Acknowledgement

    • Students are advised to retain official receipts for every payment made. The college will not be held responsible for claims without valid proof of payment.
