Apex Law College is recognized by the State Government of Rajasthan under the Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Act, 1989, and its related rules of 1993, in addition to the updated private college policies issued by the state government.

The college is affiliated with Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur and is approved by the Bar Council of India from the academic session 2023-24 onwards, offering 60 seats in the LL.B. 3-Year and B.A. LL.B. 5-Year Integrated Program.

Founded by the Manav Vikash Avam Yoga Prashikshan Sansthan, Apex Law College was established with the vision to become a premier institution of excellence in legal education. The college aims to nurture students, especially from rural areas, by providing them with endless opportunities in the legal profession, judiciary, and academics.
